Offer Promo Codes on Cancelation

Introducing our new "promo code on cancelation" feature that allows you to present a promo code to customers when they attempt to cancel their subscription. This is an effective way to retain customers by offering them an exclusive discount to stay subscribed.

To enable this feature, navigate to your pricing option settings, find the "Offer discount before customer cancels" setting on the bottom of the "price" section, and input your desired promo code settings. When users try to cancel from their hub, they will be presented with the discount offer. If they accept, the subscription will continue at the discounted rate. Please note that if a subscription already has a promo code applied, the additional discount will not be offered.

Upgrade Pricing Option

Our new “Upgrade Pricing Option” feature enables your customers to seamlessly upgrade their subscription, such as from a monthly to an annual plan, without having to cancel and re-purchase. This will streamline the upgrade process and boost your revenue.

This feature is active by default, so customers can now directly upgrade their membership from their hub by choosing from any visible pricing options with extended billing periods.

TradingView Indicators Integration
